or a bag of provisions for your journey, or two tunics, or sandals, or a staff; for the worker is worthy of his provisions.
Clarification: This verse is saying that when you are working to spread the teachings of God, you should not worry about carrying extra things like food, extra clothes, or even a walking stick. God will provide for you through the people you meet along the way.
